The first two iPhone’s on the bench today both had broken LCD’s. The LCD is the part of the screen assembly that displays the image. It is generally just the glass that gets broken during a phone drop but not in this case. One was completely black and the other had the telltale green and purple lines running through it. Good news is that we can repair this problem in about an hour.
